本文选取新疆阿克苏地区温宿县、阿克苏市、阿瓦提县主要核桃生产园为调查对象,采集一些新鲜的核桃叶枯病病株,并对核桃叶病株进行分离物的纯化提取。结果表明,在分离后的菌落组织块中生长出一种真菌,也就是链格孢菌;采用单孢分离法进行分离物的纯化,并对分离物进行致病性检测,发现接种后的核桃叶可以出现自然的核桃叶枯病症状,从形态学鉴定及分子生物学角度来看,能够确定阿克苏地区核桃生产园中的核桃叶枯病病原菌是链格孢菌。
In this paper, the main walnut production gardens in Wensu County, Aksu City and Awati County in Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang were selected as the research object, some fresh walnut leaf blight diseased plants were collected, and the extracts of walnut leaf diseased plants were purified. The results showed that a kind of fungus, Alternaria alternata, was grown in the isolated colonies. Purification of the isolates by single spore separation method and pathogenicity test of the isolates showed that inoculated walnut Leaf can appear natural symptoms of walnut leaf blight, from the morphological identification and molecular biology point of view, to determine Akesu walnut leaf blight in the production of Park is Alternaria Alternaria.
