本文以二战后法国的非洲政策为切口,探讨了戴高乐与战后法兰西殖民帝国的非殖民化问题,认为戴高乐是非殖民化运动的倡导者。作者指出:戴高乐的非殖民化政策具有被迫性和局限性;是在民族独立、非殖民化成为世界潮流等多种因素的综合作用下才实行的;任何一个殖民主义者,都不会自觉自愿地放弃殖民统治,即使像戴高乐这样一位有远见卓识的政治家也不例外;但他能顺应世界历史的潮流,顺应民心,不愧为是一位战略家。
Taking the African policy of France after World War II as a cut-off, this essay explores the decolonization of De Gaulle and the post-war French colonial empire and argues that de Gaulle is an advocate of the decolonization movement. The author points out that de Gaulle’s policy of decolonization is forced and limited; it is implemented only under the combined effect of national independence and decolonization as a global trend and many other factors; any one of the colonialists will not voluntarily and voluntarily Disregarding colonial rule, even a far-sighted politician like de Gaulle is no exception; however, he is indeed a strategist who follows the trends of world history and complies with popular sentiments.
