【概念】偏头痛通常是指反复发作的搏动性单侧性头痛。根据1988年国际头痛学会的头痛分类,偏头痛属于13种头痛之一。根据各自的特征分为先兆性偏头痛、无先兆性偏头痛以及其他几种类型的偏头痛。在日本,偏头痛的发病率15岁以上者约占8.4％。初发年龄集中在15～20岁,女性居多,大约是男性的4倍。偏头痛的发作频率、持续时间有很大差异。多数伴有恶心、呕吐等症状。本文对诊疗中常见的先兆性偏头痛及无先兆性偏头痛的病理、临床症状
