目的建立芩连抗病毒合剂中铅含量测定的原子吸收分光光度法。方法采用石墨炉原子吸收法,检测波长为283.3nm,灯电流为9mA,狭缝宽度为0.5nm。结果铅的质量浓度在0~0.20μg/mL与吸光度线性关系良好r=0.9995,回收率为98.7%,RSD=2.1%(n=3)。结论所建方法能够简便、快速、准确的测定芩连抗病毒合剂中铅的含量。
Objective To establish an atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for the determination of lead in Qinlian antiviral mixture. Methods graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, detection wavelength of 283.3nm, lamp current of 9mA, slit width of 0.5nm. Results The mass concentration of lead ranged from 0 to 0.20 μg / mL with a good linear relationship with absorbance (r = 0.9995). The recovery was 98.7% and the RSD was 2.1% (n = 3). Conclusion The established method can be used to determine the content of lead in Qinlian antiviral mixture easily, rapidly and accurately.
