为全面提升社保服务效能,成都市金牛区社保局积极按照“公共服务均等化”的要求,着力构建贴合群众个性化服务需求的社保公共服务大厅。设立“电子社保”大厅,启用“银社一体自助查询机”、自助查询电脑等电子设备,为参保群众提供社保信息查询、自助缴费、缴费明细打印等服务;启动“电子经办”模式,用排号短信通知系统实现部分无声喊号,用服务评价器将服务监督方式由被动征询改为主动评判,进一步提高服务水平。
