一叶碱 (Securinine)又名一叶碱、叶碱 ,为大戟科植物一叶叶中分离获得的一种生物碱 ,现已人工合成。一叶碱为中枢兴奋药 ,具有兴奋脊髓和脑干中枢神经作用。临床上主要用于治疗面神经麻痹、小儿麻痹后遗症 ,对神经衰弱、低血压、自主神经功能紊乱所引起的头晕以及耳鸣 Securinine, also known as phylloline, is an alkaloid isolated from the leaves of Euphorbiaceae and is now synthesized.
