肠道病毒71(enterovirus 71,EV71)作为手足口病的主要病原,主要危害3岁以内幼龄儿童,患儿可出现手足口病、病毒性咽峡炎,重症患儿可出现心肌炎、肺水肿、脑炎等,少数病情较重者可引起死亡。目前该病毒的感染与致病的分子机制尚不完全清楚。本文通过概述EV71病毒中各蛋白的功能研究进展,为EV71病毒感染与致病分子机制的深入研究提供思路和方向。
Enterovirus 71 (EV71) is the major pathogen of hand, foot and mouth disease, which mainly affects young children within 3 years of age. Hand-foot-mouth disease and viral angina can occur in children with myocarditis and pulmonary edema , Encephalitis, etc., a small number of serious illness can cause death. At present, the molecular mechanism of the virus infection and pathogenicity is not fully understood. In this paper, we summarize the research progress of the function of each protein in EV71 virus and provide ideas and directions for the further study on EV71 virus infection and pathogenic molecular mechanism.
