在公文写作中,“决策句”是一种使用频率很高的语句,它的功能在于对履行某种行为作出决定。例如“我院决定建立专家门诊部”就是一个决策句,它对“我院建立专家门诊部”这一行为作出了决定。设以小写字母p代表“我院建立专家门诊部”,以大写字母“J”代表“决定”,这个决策句的结构,用公式表示即为:Jp。公式读为“决定p”,也可读“p是得到决定的”。这个公式所表示的结构,是一切决策句所共同具有的。公式中,p表示基本语句,J表示决策词。在公文语言里,表达J的语词除了”决定”之外,还有“拟”、“打算”、“计划”等等。 实际运用决策句时,我们常常需要直接说明作出决策的理由,例如: “为了使广大患者早日解除病痛,我院决定建立
