一台稳定土厂拌和设备在野外施工,因使用者操作不当,造成一台摆线针轮减速器外壳支座断裂。由于其外壳轮系包裹处完好,无裂纹和油液渗漏现象。因支座断裂处碎块较多(图1中虚线处),焊接修复已不可能,于是决定重新加工支座,对减速机进行修复,以减少停机时间。利用工地现有钢板和电气焊设备及手电钻加工一个简易支座(见图2)。
A stable soil mixing plant in the field construction equipment, due to improper operation by the user, resulting in a cycloid reducer shell bearing rupture. Because of its shell gear wrap intact, no cracks and oil leakage phenomenon. Due to the fragmentation of the bearing at the fracture site (dotted line in Figure 1), welding repair was impossible and decided to rework the bearing to repair the reducer to reduce downtime. Use a simple steel plate and electric welding equipment and a hand drill on the site to construct a simple support (see Figure 2).
