有人认为中学生物实验员是不需要备课的,只要能简单地收发仪器,会配制药品、试剂就可以了。这种认识是片面的,要提高生物实验教学的质量,富有创造性地开展实验教学工作,实验员不仅要备课,而且要备好课,要认真地写好行之有效的生物实验教案。备好课是准备好实验的前提和保证,只有备好课,才能对学生的能力以及学生在一些操作过程中可能遇到的问题做到心中有数,才能保证实验的准确性和高效性。该如何备好课呢?这是每一位生物实验员面临的新课题。那么,我是怎样备课的呢?现以“叶绿体中色素的提取和分离”为例说明备课的步骤。
