本文运用系统优化原理,利用综合的手段,研究了育种目标约束下多个数量性状表现型向量与基因型向量的典范相关,提出了综合典范性状的数学模型.综合典范性状是S个遗传力较大的典范性状在育种目标约束下遗传力极大化的线性组合.综合典范性状作为选择指标,选择效率高,提高了多目标育种决策的科学性和预见性.
In this paper, using the principle of system optimization, a comprehensive method is used to study the canonical correlation between multiple quantitative phenotypic vectors and genotype vectors under the constraints of breeding objectives. A mathematical model of comprehensive canonical traits is proposed. The comprehensive canonical trait is a linear combination of S heritability larger canonical maximization of heritability constrained by breeding objectives. Comprehensive model traits as a selection index, the selection of high efficiency and improve the scientific and predictive multi-objective breeding decision-making.
