一、前 言 通常,往复压缩机的性能与其各部位的温度有密切关系,将温度值降低到最低限度,可提高压缩机的性能。 电动机功率为7.5kW以下的小型往复式压缩机几乎都是空冷式。空冷与水冷相比其优点是不需水,缺点是冷却效果差。为在空冷时,控制温度的上升,提高性能,有必要对空气压缩机冷却系统进行研究。一般对冷冻机各部位温度上升与性能的关系研究较多,而对小型压缩机空冷第一级压缩系统各部件的温度上升与性能的关系却很少研究。
