在土木建筑钢结构和道桥建设工程中,控制扭矩法和螺母转角法是目前紧固件安装工程当中使用最多的两种方法。与控制扭矩法不同,螺母转角法是一种位移控制方法,操作和检查都比较简单。本文分析了高强度螺栓在拧紧时的机械性能和不同紧固方法的紧固原理,并针对8.8级和10.9级的M20与M24高强度螺栓的紧固过程进行了试验研究,得出了不同类型的高强度螺栓在紧固过程中的扭-拉关系以及轴力-转角关系。最后总结了达到高强度螺栓要求预拉力所需要的螺母转角值,分析了螺母极限转角能力,为确立高强度螺栓螺母转角法的紧固要求提供了依据和建议。
In the civil engineering steel structure and the bridge construction project, the control torque method and the nut corner method are the two most used methods in the fastener installation project. Different from the control torque method, the nut corner method is a displacement control method, the operation and inspection are relatively simple. This paper analyzes the mechanical properties of high-strength bolts in the tightening and tightening methods of different fastening methods, and for 8.8 and 10.9 M20 and M24 high-strength bolts for the fastening process were studied and reached different types The torsional-latitudinal relationship of the high-strength bolts in the fastening process as well as the axial force-rotation relationship. In the end, the nut rotation angle needed to reach the prestressing force of high strength bolt is summarized. The ability of the nut to limit the turning angle is analyzed, which provides the basis and suggestion for establishing the fastening requirement of the high strength bolt and nut turning method.
