合理的收入分配制度是社会公平的重要体现,是人民共享、科学发展以及促进社会和谐的重要条件。本文以马克思主义分配理论为指导,从改革开放以来城镇工业企业内部收入分配的成效和现状入手,分析导致城镇工业企业收入分配不公的原因;接着分别构建公有制经济、私有制经济与收入分配关系的模型,更明确地阐释这一问题;然后进行验证和分析进而提出解决问题的政策建议。
A reasonable income distribution system is an important manifestation of social fairness and an important condition for people to share, develop scientifically and promote social harmony. Based on the Marxist theory of distribution, this paper starts from the effect and current status of income distribution in urban industrial enterprises since the reform and opening up, and analyzes the reasons that lead to the unfairness of income distribution in urban industrial enterprises. Then, it establishes the models of the relationship between public-owned economy and private-owned economy and income distribution respectively , More clearly explain the problem; then verify and analyze and then put forward policy recommendations to solve the problem.
