在当前卫生改革中,一个县级小型医院该怎样搞?各县级小型医院都在用力探索。近几年,我院在这方面作了大胆尝试,在管理实践中也取得了一些成功经验。文中理论联系实际主要从五个方面来加以论述和介绍:一、坚持社会主义办院方向,确立正确的经营指导思想;二、正确对待市场经济问题,参与医疗市场竞争;三、加速人才培养,克服短期行为,提高医院整体素质水平;四、加强信息管理,提高经营决策的及时性、科学性;五、加强经营管理,增强自我生存、自我发展的能力。
In the current health reform, how should a small county-level hospital be carried out? All county-level small hospitals are trying hard to explore. In recent years, our institute has made bold attempts in this area and has also obtained some successful experiences in management practices. The theory and practice of the article are mainly discussed and introduced in five aspects: First, adhere to the direction of socialist colleges and universities, and establish a correct business management ideology; Second, correctly deal with market economic issues, participate in the medical market competition; Third, accelerate personnel training, Overcome short-term behavior and improve the overall quality of the hospital; Fourth, strengthen information management, improve the timeliness and scientific management of business decisions; Fifth, strengthen business management, enhance self-survival, self-development capabilities.
