目的探讨七氟醚吸入配合咪唑安定在婴幼儿烧伤手术中的麻醉效果.方法选取本院87例烧伤患儿手术中应用七氟醚吸入配合咪唑安定的麻醉方法进行临床观察.结果手术顺利完成,无副作用和并发症.结论七氟醚吸入配合咪唑安定是婴幼儿烧伤麻醉较为理想的方法、安全有效值得推广.
