高职与本科分段培养高素质创新性技能型人才符合当今社会发展需要,而高等职业教育和本科教育在课程与教学上的脱节、断层和疏离,在管理体系上的孤立与封闭,在信息、资源共享上的不对称,是制约“3+2”高职本科分段培养发展的关键点。鉴于此,文章以生物技术及应用专业为例,从课程与教学、学籍管理及资源利用等方面阐述了如何构建高职与本科分段培养衔接体系。
