以0.10%~0.50%的羧甲基壳聚糖(carboxymethylchitosan)处理玉米种子,可以明显提高种子的发芽势、发芽率和实生苗株高,并表现出与浓度有关。萌发种子胚乳的α-淀粉酶活性、α-淀粉酶同工酶及幼苗叶片叶绿素含量测定与分析结果表明,羧甲基壳聚糖能加速种子萌发过程中胚乳淀粉的水解,为种子萌发提供充足的养分,有利于幼苗生长。说明羧甲基壳聚糖对种子萌发及幼苗生长具有明显的生理调节功能
Treatment of corn seeds with carboxymethylchitosan at 0.10% ~ 0.50% could significantly improve seed germination potential, germination rate and seedling height, and showed a correlation with concentration.
