介绍了武钢四烧车间氨法脱硫浆液原过滤除渣工艺的缺点,通过对絮凝沉淀、膜过滤、自然沉淀等浆液除渣工艺方案进行研究及对比,选择了自然沉淀方案,且改进了沉淀池设计,采用两级静置沉淀、分层溢流及水洗工艺,大大提高了沉淀效果及硫酸铵产品质量。静置沉淀后,得到的硫酸铵晶体颗粒颜色较白,其水不溶物含量由大于1.0%减小到0.3%左右。
In this paper, the disadvantages of the original process of slag removal by ammonia desulfurization slurry in Wusong four-burn workshop are introduced. Through the comparison and research on the process of slag removal by slurry such as flocculation, membrane filtration and natural precipitation, the natural precipitation scheme is selected and the sedimentation tank Design, using two static settling, stratified overflow and washing process, greatly improving the precipitation effect and the quality of ammonium sulfate. After standing precipitation, the obtained ammonium sulfate crystal particles are whiter in color, and their water insoluble content is reduced from more than 1.0% to about 0.3%.
