本实验研究了犬纵隔和胸腔内器官术中单次大剂量电子线照射的急性效应,目的是了解术中照射肿瘤时周围正常组织的急性放射反应和不同剂量时的组织学改变,为临床开展肺癌术中放疗提供参考。一、材料与方法:选用健康的普通犬10只,9只用于术中照射,1只为对照。常规术前准备、静脉麻醉后,左后外侧切口。第Ⅰ野为纵隔区,包括气管、食管、主动脉和上腔静脉,用16Mev电子线照射;第Ⅱ野包括左肺中叶和左心室各一部分,9Mev电子线。照射剂量分别为25、35和45Gy,各
This experiment studied the acute effects of a single high-dose electron beam irradiation in the mediastinal and intrathoracic organs of dogs. The purpose was to understand the acute radiation response and histological changes at different doses during the intraoperative irradiation of tumors. Lung cancer intraoperative radiotherapy provides a reference. I. Materials and Methods: Ten healthy healthy dogs were selected, 9 were used for intraoperative irradiation, and 1 was used as a control. After routine preoperative preparation and intravenous anesthesia, left posterolateral incision. The first field is the mediastinal area, including the trachea, esophagus, aorta, and superior vena cava, irradiated with 16 MeV electron rays; the second field includes the left middle lobe and each part of the left ventricle, 9 MeV electron wire. The irradiation doses were 25, 35 and 45 Gy respectively.
