目的对飞机草化学成分进行研究。方法采用多种柱色谱进行分离纯化,并根据波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到17个化合物,包括15个黄酮类、1个倍半萜类、1个甾类化合物,分别鉴定为桃皮素(1)、柚皮素-7,4’-二甲醚(2)、槲皮黄素-7,4’-二甲醚(3)、飞机草素(4)、豆甾醇(5)、6-羟基-5,7,4’-三甲氧基黄酮(6)、4,2’-二羟基-4’,5’,6’-三甲氧基查尔酮(7)、二氢山柰素(8)、3,5,4’-三羟基-7,3’-二甲氧基二氢黄酮(9)、5,6,7,3’,4’-五甲氧基黄酮(10)、5,7,3’,4’-四甲氧基二氢黄酮(11)、radicol(12)、5,7-二羟基-6,4’-二甲氧基二氢黄酮(13)、二氢槲皮素-4’-甲醚(14)、4’-羟基-5,6,7-三甲氧基二氢黄酮(15)、4’-羟基-5,6,7,3’-四甲氧基黄酮(16)、3,4’-二羟基-5,6,7-三甲氧基黄酮(17)。结论其中化合物6、9、11~12、14、16首次从该植物中分离得到。其中化合物12、14首次从该属中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical composition of airplane grass. Methods A variety of column chromatographic separation and purification, and identification of the structure based on spectral data. Results Seventeen compounds were isolated, including 15 flavonoids, 1 sesquiterpenoid and 1 steroid. The compounds were identified as peachydrine (1), naringenin-7,4’-dimethyl ether (4), stigmasterol (5), 6-hydroxy-5,7,4’-trimethoxyflavone (6), Dihydroxy-4 ’, 5’, 6’-trimethoxychalcone (7), dihydroabenzoin (8), 3,5,4’-trihydroxy-7,3 ’ - dimethoxyflavanone (9), 5,6,7,3 ’, 4’-pentamethoxyflavone (10), 5,7,3’, 4’-tetramethoxyflavone (11), radicol (12), 5,7-dihydroxy-4,4’-dimethoxyflavanone (13), dihydroquercetin- Hydroxy-5,6,7-trimethoxyflavone (15), 4’-hydroxy-5,6,7,3’-tetramethoxyflavone (16), 3,4’-dihydroxy-5 , 6,7-trimethoxyflavone (17). Conclusion Among them, compounds 6, 9, 11-12, 14 and 16 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Among them, compounds 12 and 14 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
