自2001年试点以来,高校征兵工作经历了10多年的发展历程,为国家输送了近百万名优秀大学生。国家在征兵入伍方面,针对高校出台了一系列优惠政策,而大学生士兵退伍后,在高校的教育管理中也引起越来越多的思考和重视。北京化工大学围绕退伍大学生士兵的组织、培养、教育和管理深入思考,探索出“一面旗帜”“双向提升”“三级联动”和“四项服务”的多角度、多层次、多维度的立体式成长成才模式,实现了退伍大学生士兵更好完成角色转变、更好融入校园生活、更好全面发展成长。
