1 引言 噪声功率比(NPR)测试是判断回传链路性能好坏的一个非常有用的方法,它使用一个十分容易理解的曲线来给出一个链路噪声和失真性能的快速瞬态图。此外,这个测试方法操作起来也是相对较为简单的,尤其是当采用自动NPR测试设备时,更为简单。要使HFC网络成为一个高性能双向交互式通信介质,就需要具备一个高性能的网络链路,NPR测试法是衡量是否满足这个要求的一个非常有用的方法。
1 Introduction The Noise Power Ratio (NPR) test is a very useful way to judge the performance of a backhaul link. It uses a very easy to understand curve to give a quick snapshot of the link noise and distortion performance. In addition, this test method is also relatively simple to operate, especially when using automatic NPR test equipment, more simple. To make the HFC network a high-performance, two-way interactive communication medium, it is necessary to have a high-performance network link. NPR test is a very useful measure to meet this requirement.
