综合式圆孔拉挤刀的结构见图1,各部的几何参数见附表。它与普通的或轮切式的拉刀不同。它的特点是: 1.除刀柄以外,前后分为五段:引齿、粗切齿、过渡齿、精切齿和校正齿。2.粗切齿的齿距和齿升量都比较大,用来切削掉大部分余量。3.过渡齿的齿升量逐齿减小。4.第一个校正齿也参加切削,约切削掉0.005～0.01毫米的余量。5.采用了0.15～1.2毫米宽的白刃带,合理地选用了分屑槽。
