职教集团是一个典型的利益相关者组织,其主要的利益相关者包括政府、行业、企业、学校。由于利益相关者们自身对职教集团的价值的认识以及自身在职教集团中所处地位的不同,参与职教集团的利益诉求也各不相同。厘清职教集团中各利益相关方的利益诉求,并提出整合各方利益诉求、实现共赢的策略:在组织机构上保证职教集团的利益相关方拥有畅通的表达自己利益诉求的渠道,促进各利益相关者之间的合作;强化集团中各利益相关方的责任意识。
Vocational education group is a typical stakeholder organization whose main stakeholders include government, industry, enterprises and schools. Due to the different stakeholders’ awareness of the value of VETs and the different status they hold in VETs, VETs also have different interest demands.
