研究了木素降解菌预处理麦草以及对化学法制浆的影响。白霉菌1号菌种(Ceriporiopsis subvermispora)能选择性降解木素,故能用于蔗渣的生物化学法制浆。用不同的C.subvermispora菌种处理除髄后的蔗渣,能使卡伯值降低10%~15%,并且在相同用碱量下,化学未漂浆的白度能增加1.1~2.0个百分点。在相同化学品用量下,进行生物浆的漂白,能使终浆亮度增加4.7~5.6个百分点、白度增加10.2~11.4个百分点。并且菌处理对纸浆强度不会产生任何不利影响。
The effects of pretreatment of wheat straw with lignin-degrading bacteria and its effect on chemical pulping were studied. Ceriporiopsis subvermispora can selectively degrade lignin, so it can be used in the biochemical pulping of bagasse. The removal of kiwifruit bagasse by different C.subvermispora strains can reduce the kappa number by 10% -15%, and the whiteness of the chemical unbleached pulp can increase by 1.1-2.0 percentage points with the same amount of alkali. In the same amount of chemicals, biological pulp bleaching, can make the final brightness increased 4.7 ~ 5.6 percentage points, whiteness increased 10.2 ~ 11.4 percentage points. And the bacterial treatment does not have any adverse effect on the pulp strength.
