Determination of trace elements in serum Cu, Zn-SOD and Zn and Cu before and after training new soldiers. Among them, 16 had hemoglobinuria (MHbu) after training and 30 had not appeared. The former serum SOD decreased significantly after training, Cu, Zn content also decreased, the latter SOD and Cu, Zn also showed a downward trend. The contents of Cu and Zn in serum and serum SOD both showed a positive correlation, and positively correlated with erythrocyte SOD, but red blood cells MDA had the opposite change. It is inferred that the nutrition status of Zn and Cu in vivo affects the compensatory ability of antioxidant enzyme SOD during orthostatic training.
