计算机支持协同工作是信息社会中人们工作方式发展的必然趋势,而分布式虚拟现实则可以为协同工作提供三维、交互、自然的支撑平台。因此,这二者的有机结合将是促进协同工作研究的一个新的发展方向。在阐述了基本概念及发展现状的基础上,重点研究了分布式虚拟协同环境,对系统体系结构、数据模型、虚拟协同空间的建立、人-人交互界面等关键技术进行了论述。最后,分析了在Internet环境下基于VRML和Java技术构造跨平台虚拟协同环境的实现方法。
Computer support collaborative work is an inevitable trend of the development of people’s working methods in the information society. However, distributed virtual reality can provide a three-dimensional, interactive and natural support platform for collaborative work. Therefore, the organic combination of the two will be a new direction for the development of collaborative work. Based on the basic concept and current situation, this dissertation focuses on the distributed virtual collaborative environment and discusses the key technologies such as the system architecture, data model, the establishment of virtual collaborative space and the human-human interface. Finally, the paper analyzes how to construct a cross-platform virtual collaborative environment based on VRML and Java technology under the Internet environment.
