目的本研究从高等中医院校学生的心理健康状态出发,制定相应的结合心理讲座、心理咨询、团体训练、学生活动等各种有针对性的心理健康教育适应模式。方法采用实验干预法,经过12周的实验干预。结果剔除成长带来的效应后,心理健康教育适应模式使学生的心理健康状况得到了显著性提高(P<0.05),从而为现阶段中医院校心理健康教育模式提供相应建议。结论研究提出的中医院校心理健康适应模式对大学生心理健康状况的提高具有一定的意义。
OBJECTIVE This study, starting from the state of mental health of students in higher TCM colleges and universities, formulates various adaptive mental health education modes in combination with psychological lectures, psychological counseling, group training and student activities. Methods Experimental intervention method, after 12 weeks of experimental intervention. Results Excluding the effects brought by the growth, the mental health education adaptation mode improved the students’ mental health (P <0.05), and provided some suggestions for the current mental health education model in colleges and universities. Conclusions The mental health adaptation mode proposed by the research is of great significance to the improvement of college students’ mental health.
