高强高韧铝合金和民用铝合金材料是我国铝合金事业重要的两个方面。其中高强高韧铝合金因具有密度低、强度高、加热性能好等优点,被广泛应用到航空航天事业中,目前,我国航空航天工业的发展速度很快,因此对于高强铝合金的强度以及综合性有了更高的要求。铝合金生产工作者需要不断的研发新型锻造工艺,通过对铝合金内部成分的改变进行优化设计,在制坯过程中也要采用新方法以及热处理工艺,研制出更多种类的超高强铝合金,这是目前我国轻质结构材料研制开发的热点难点,也是我国航天事业再上一个新高度的技术保障。
