湿法制粒时，颗粒烘干程度掌握不准，常造成颗粒含水量太低，压片时出现裂片现象。即使不裂片，硬度也会很差，给实际生产带来很大困扰。我厂对烘干后含水量太低的颗粒喷加适量一定浓度酒精，进行处理，然后直接上机压片（湿颗粒压片），取得较好效果。以我厂复方丹参片为例， When wet granulation, the degree of particle drying is inaccurate, often causing the particle water content to be too low, and cracking occurs when the tablet is pressed.
