目的:研究白射干根茎的化学成分。方法:采用各种柱色谱法分离,通过理化鉴别及波谱分析技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从白射干根茎中分离得到了11个化合物,分别鉴定为粗毛豚草素(hispidulin,1),鼠李柠檬素素(rhamnocitrin,2),鸢尾甲黄素A(iristectorigenin A,3),4′,5,7,8-四羟基-6-甲氧基异黄酮(4′,5,7,8-tetrahydroxy-6-methoxy isoflavone,4),6-羟基鹰嘴豆素A(6-hydroxybiochanin A,5),鸢尾甲苷B(Iristectorin B,6),鸢尾甲黄素A(Iristectorigenin A,7),山柰酚-7-甲醚(Kaempferol-7-methyl ether,8),怪柳黄素-7-葡萄糖苷(Tamarixetin-7-glucoside,9),鸢尾甲苷A(Iristectorin A,10),3′,3,5-三羟基-4′,7-二甲氧基黄酮-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(3′,3,5-trihydroxy-4′,7-dimethoxy-flavone-3-O-β-D-galacto pyranoside,11)。结论:化合物1~11均是首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of rhizome of Radix. Methods: The compounds were isolated by various column chromatography and their structures were identified by physico-chemical identification and spectroscopic analysis. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated from rhizomes of Radix centipede and identified as hispidulin (1), rhamnocitrin (2), iristectorigenin A (3), rhizoma 4 ’, 5,7,8-tetrahydroxy-6-methoxyisoflavone (4), 6-hydroxycycline A (6- hydroxybiochanin A, 5, Iristectorin B, Iristectorigenin A, Kaempferol-7-methyl ether, Tamarixetin-7-glucoside (9), Iristectorin A, 10, 3 ’, 3,5-trihydroxy-4’, 7-dimethoxyflavone-3 -O-β-D-galacto pyranoside (11). Conclusion: Compounds 1-11 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
