根据高炉的炉料平衡,对典型高炉不同区域内的炉渣碱度进行计算。分析结果显示,在大喷煤条件下,传统的高炉配料方式导致炉内渣碱度变化很大,减少了高炉内气-液-固相共存区,降低了高炉下部的透气性。通过风口向炉内喷吹石灰粉来平衡喷煤灰分的碱度,可实现减少炉腹渣量、减缓炉内渣碱度波动、提高软熔带、扩大三相共存区、增加下部透气性、提高煤粉燃烧性、保证高炉顺行和提高高炉产量。
Based on the charge balance of the blast furnace, the basicity of slag in different areas of a typical blast furnace is calculated. The results show that under the condition of large coal injection, the traditional blast furnace ingredient method causes the slag basicity in the furnace to change greatly, which reduces the gas-liquid-solid coexistence zone in the blast furnace and reduces the gas permeability in the lower part of the blast furnace. By blowing lime powder into the furnace through the tuyere to balance the alkalinity of the coal ash, the slag amount in the furnace can be reduced, the basicity fluctuation of the slag in the furnace can be reduced, the soft melting zone can be increased, the three-phase coexistence zone can be expanded, the air permeability in the lower part can be increased, Improve the combustibility of pulverized coal, ensure the smooth operation of the blast furnace and raise the blast furnace output.
