高效而科学的信息行为可以保障医护人员临床实践顺利操作和和相关医学科研工作顺利进展。通过高效而科学的信息行为，医护人员不但可以掌握医学领域最新动向，及时适应医学领域发展要求，改善最新医疗技术和方法，更可以有效指导临床医学实践，还有助于建立和谐的医患关系。选取中国石油大学（北京）校医院的28名医护人员，采用问卷调差方法和对副院长沈晓峰的个案访谈法对其有利于指导临床医学实践的信息行为进行分析，旨在探讨医护人员的信息行为和高低不同的信息素养的影响因素及其对医学实践的影响，从而提出保障信息行为有效性的措施，指出培养并提高医护人员信息素养的必要性和重大意义。“,”Efficient and scientific information behavior is an important guarantee for the smooth operation of the medical staff in clinical practice and scientific research.Medical staff can not only timely follow developments in this field and the latest medical technology and methods,but also can effectively guide clinical practice. Harmonious relationship between doctors and patients can also be established. This study selected 28 health care workers from China University of Petroleum (Beijing) UniversityHospital. Differencemethodsincluding questionnaires and case interview of vice president ShenXiaofeng are adopted to analysis information behavior which can help guide clinical practice.This study are designed to investigate the information behaviors of medical staff to find out factors influencing the different level of information literacy and its impact on the medical practice.Then raise measures to ensure the effectiveness of information behavior, pointing out the need and significance to cultivate and improve the information literacy of medical staff.
