根据齿兰环斑病毒外壳蛋白基因序列,设计了LAMP检测引物,并结合纳米磁珠技术对齿兰环斑病毒进行LAMP检测。结果表明,只有齿兰环斑病毒毒株有扩增,而建兰花叶病毒、烟草花叶病毒和黄瓜花叶病毒毒株都没有扩增,说明本实验设计的LAMP检测引物具有检测齿兰环斑病毒的特异性。灵敏度实验结果表明,纳米磁珠-LAMP结合技术比RT-PCR方法高100倍。研究表明,纳米磁珠-LAMP结合技术检测方法是一种特异、灵敏、快速的齿兰环斑病毒检测方法。
According to the gene sequence of the coat protein gene of the ring tooth spot virus, a LAMP detection primer was designed, and the LAMP detection was performed on the ring-spot virus by combining with the magnetic bead technology. The results showed that only the amplified strains of torenia ringspot virus, but no amplification of the cyanidum mosaic virus, tobacco mosaic virus and cucumber mosaic virus strains, indicating that the experimental design of the LAMP detection primer has to detect the odontoid ring Spot virus specificity. Sensitivity experiment results show that nano-magnetic beads-LAMP binding technology 100 times higher than the RT-PCR method. Studies have shown that the nano-magnetic beads-LAMP binding technique is a specific, sensitive and rapid method for the detection of toxin ring spot virus.
