目的:探讨Toll样受体9(TLR-9)基因启动子单核苷酸多态性与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的相关性,以期为COPD高危人群的筛选、早期预防和治疗提供理论依据。方法:采用病例对照、聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法,分别对53例COPD患者和55名健康对照者TLR-9基因启动子单核苷酸多态性进行分析。结果:COPD组和对照组均存在-1486 C/T多态性,基因型以TC最多,TT和CC次之,两组基因型无明显差异(P>0.05),COPD组C位等位基因频率明显高于对照组(P=0.004);未发现COPD组和对照组存在-1237 C/T多态性。结论:汉族人群TLR-9基因-1486 C/T存在多态性,与COPD易感性无明显相关;汉族人群TLR-9基因-1486位点的C等位基因频率在COPD患者中明显升高。
Objective: To investigate the association between TLR-9 promoter SNP and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in order to provide a theoretical basis for the screening, early prevention and treatment of high risk COPD patients in accordance with. Methods: The case-control and polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) methods were used to detect the polymorphisms of TLR-9 gene promoter in 53 COPD patients and 55 healthy controls Analyze. CONCLUSION: Polymorphism of TLR-9 gene -1486 C / T in Han population is not associated with COPD susceptibility.
