2001年11月中国加入WTO ,2003年底外商便可进入批发业 ,零售业市场准入限制将在二三年内逐步全面放开 ,所有零售企业将在同等的逐步国际化环境下 ,站在同一起跑线上开展激烈的竞争。一些大型的国际商业企业将依仗其资本、技术、人才、价格、丰富的管理经验等优势 ,对我国零售企业带来巨大的冲击。我国商业零售企业虽有许多自身的优势 ,但劣势也十分显然 ,特别在零售企业信息化管理方面。在此 ,本文提出了解决我国零售业发展的瓶颈问题———信息化管理对策。
In November 2001, China’s accession to the WTO, foreign investors can enter the wholesale trade by the end of 2003, the retail market access restrictions will be gradually fully liberalized within two or three years, all retail enterprises will be in the same progressive international environment, standing on the same starting line On the fierce competition. Some large international commercial enterprises will rely on their advantages in capital, technology, talent, price and rich management experience to bring a huge impact on China’s retail enterprises. Although China’s commercial retail enterprises have many advantages of their own, but the disadvantage is also very clear, especially in the retail business information management. Here, this article puts forward the solution to the bottleneck of the development of China’s retail industry --- information management strategy.
