我校在检修AK—10起动机时,普遍发现起动机的中间固定板在调速器处出现磨损现象,呈球轴承外圈的滚道状(见图)。分析其原因是在使用中,调整起动机转速方法错误,造成调钢速器铜球回转半径过大,引起扫堂所致。提高起动机转速,就要增加调速器弹簧5的压力。可以用两种方法:一是调整螺母7,从左向右压缩弹簧5;另一种方法是在汽化器节流阀1全开时,缩短拉杆2的长度,使调速器外臂4向左,内臂8的上部向左压缩弹簧5。从调整转速的角度看,效果是相同的,但是后一种办法是错误的。因为,这样调整时,内臂8的下部向右移,导向销9向右移,滑动盘14也相应向右移,使钢球12的回转半径增加。由于拉杆2缩短后,钢球12的初
