本实验用高分子右旋醣酐造成豚鼠急性血瘀模型,观察其内耳生物电的变化,以及王不留行、丹参对该模型豚鼠耳蜗电位的改善作用。结合血液流变学指标的变化,认为王不留行在对抗高分子右旋醣酐对内耳生物电的影响及改善血液流变学指标方面具有和丹参相同的效果。
In this experiment, the acute blood stasis model of guinea pigs was induced by polymer dextran to observe the changes in the bioelectricity of the inner ear, and the improvement of the cochlear potential of guinea pigs treated with Smilax wilfordii and Salvia miltiorrhiza. In combination with changes in hemorheological parameters, it is believed that V. nobile has the same effect as Danshen against the effects of high molecular dextran on the bioelectricity of the inner ear and improving blood rheology.
