通过研究涡街流量技术、激光甲烷传感技术、自动化控制技术、组态软件技术、PLC控制技术等,研发了一套煤矿瓦斯泵站监控系统。该系统能实现瓦斯泵站工作环境各参量监测、各设备运行状态参数监测和管道内瓦斯各参数监测,并通过实时分析,实现各抽放泵、水泵、阀门等设备的自动化控制,实现了瓦斯泵站的无人值守。该系统的成功研发对促进煤矿安全生产、提高瓦斯抽采效率、提高瓦斯抽采综合自动化水平起到积极的作用。
