支气管哮喘的发病机理目前尚未完全阐明,动物研究证明IgE的升高与抑制性T淋巴细胞缺陷有关。近年来T淋巴细胞亚群在支气管哮喘发病机理中的可能作用已有报道,但意见尚不完全一致。本文用免疫荧光法对哮喘儿童外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测,同时测定血清总IgE含量,以阐明两者的关系。 对象与方法 一、对象:根据1987年成都《全国小儿呼吸道疾病学术会议》制定的儿童哮喘评分标准,选择处于发作期住院的38例哮喘儿童。男23例,女15例,男
The pathogenesis of bronchial asthma is not yet fully elucidated, animal studies have shown that elevated IgE and inhibition of T lymphocyte defects. The possible role of T lymphocyte subsets in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma has been reported in recent years, but the opinions are not yet completely consistent. In this paper, immunofluorescence method for detection of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in asthmatic children, and determination of total serum IgE levels in order to clarify the relationship between the two.
