为了准确了解江苏省电信服务质量整体水平,有针对性地改善服务短板,加强监管,江苏通管局于近期启动2012年度电信服务质量用户满意指数(TCSI)测评工作,测评将委托第三方专业机构,对江苏电信、江苏移动、江苏联通、江苏铁通4家电信运营企业的固定电话、2G移动电话、宽带业务和3G移动电话4大类业务的用户满意度情况进行访问分析。测评工作预计2013年2月初完成,2013年“3.15”期间将向社会公布测评结果。
In order to accurately understand the overall quality of telecommunication services in Jiangsu Province, to improve service shortcomings targeted to strengthen supervision, Jiangsu Authority recently launched in 2012 Telecom Quality of Service Customer Satisfaction Index (TCSI) evaluation, evaluation will be commissioned by third-party professional Agencies to conduct an access analysis on customer satisfaction of four major types of businesses: fixed telephone, 2G mobile phone, broadband service and 3G mobile phone in Jiangsu Telecom, Jiangsu Mobile, Jiangsu Unicom and Jiangsu Tietong. Assessment work is expected to be completed in early February 2013, 2013 “3.15 ” period will be announced to the community evaluation results.
