《湖北省科学技术委员会职能配置、内设机构和人员编制方案》经省机构编制委员会办公室审核,已经省人民政府批准,现予印发。根据中共中央、国务院《关于湖北省党政机构改革方案的通知》(中委[1995]30号),湖北省科学技术委员会(以下简称省科委)为省政府组成部门。按照“精简、统一、效能”的原则和要求,确定省科委的职能配置、内设机构和人员编制方案。一、职能转变 “Hubei Province Science and Technology Commission functional configuration, internal agencies and staffing program” by the provincial agencies compilation office review, has been approved by the provincial people's government, is now issued.
