本文对 30Cr2MoV钢进行了变温离子渗氮和普通离子渗氮两种工艺处理 ,借助显微硬度计和X射线衍射仪进行了分析。结果表明 :变温离子渗氮后获得的表面硬度和渗氮层性能明显优于普通离子渗氮者
In this paper, 30Cr2MoV steel was subjected to variable temperature ion nitriding and ordinary ion nitriding process, with the analysis of microhardness and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the surface hardness and nitriding layer obtained by the variable temperature plasma nitriding are obviously better than the ordinary ion nitriding
