1 临床资料 46例患儿中,男34例,女12例;年龄6岁～8岁者11例,9岁～12岁者24例,12岁以上者11例;病程1年以内者34例,1年～2年者8例,2年以上者4例。 2 治疗方法 主穴:取四神聪。配穴:有协调动作缺陷者配脑空、通天;冲动任性显著者配神庭、印堂;心火炽盛者配少府;心肝火旺者配太冲;心肾不交者配太溪;痰热扰心者配大椎、丰隆、悬颅;生长发育迟缓者配关元、三阴交。 方法:1.5寸～2寸针灸针,常规消毒后采用提捏进针法将针快速刺入前沿帽状腱膜下,向左透左聪、左聪透后聪、后聪透右聪、右聪透前聪,接上G6805—1针灸治疗仪,连续波,并留针30分钟。15次为一疗程,隔日一次。
