为了发挥小型X线机的更大作用,更好地适应战备和基层医疗单位的需要,2年来,我们研究了铝板对X射线的滤线作用。实践证明,在无制式滤线器的条件下,使用30毫安X线机对人体厚部位加铝板滤线投照,照片质量有所提高,基本满足诊断要求。现将实验结果报告如下。为战备需要和基层着想我院1971~1974年,曾有两个所外出执行医疗收容任务。由于要求机动性强,仅能携带一台30毫安小型X线机。但临床的收容范围较广,病种复杂,各种手术亦较多,因而对放射诊断要求较高。机器小,无滤线装
In order to play a greater role of small X-ray machines and to better meet the needs of combat readiness and primary care units, we studied the effect of aluminum plates on X-ray filtration in the past two years. Practice has proved that in the absence of standard filter conditions, the use of 30 milliampere X-ray machine thick parts of the aluminum plate filter investment, photo quality has been improved to meet the basic diagnostic requirements. The experimental results are reported below. For combat readiness and the primary grassroots hospital in 1971 ~ 1974, there have been two out of the implementation of medical accommodation task. Because of its high mobility, it can only carry a small 30 mA X-ray machine. However, a wide range of clinical accommodation, the complexity of the disease, a variety of surgery is also more demanding on the diagnostic radiology. Small machine, no filter installed
