目的:阐明豨莶草抗风湿作用机理。方法:建立佐剂性关节炎(adjuvant arthritis,AA)大鼠模型。观察豨莶草活性部位对AA大鼠淋巴细胞增殖反应、白细胞介素一1(IL-1)、白细胞介素一2(IL一2)活性的影响,并同时观察AA大鼠踝关节病理切片,以及豨莶草的镇痛作用。结果:豨莶草可减轻AA大鼠踝关节炎症等病理反应;有较好的镇痛作用,镇痛率为65%。豨莶草可增强AA大鼠T细胞的增殖功能,促进IL-2的活性,抑制IL-1的活性,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P < 0.01)。结论:豨荃草可通过调整机体免疫功能,改善局部病理反应而达到抗风湿作用。
Objective: To elucidate the mechanism of anti-rheumatic effect of Valeriana officinalis. METHODS: A rat model of adjuvant arthritis (AA) was established. Observing the effect of active fraction of Valeriana officinalis on lymphocyte proliferation, interleukin-1 (IL-1) and interleukin-2 (IL-2) activity in AA rats, and observing pathological section of ankle joints in AA rats. , And the analgesic effect of valerian. RESULTS: Herba Hieraris can alleviate the pathological reaction of ankle joint inflammation in AA rats; it has better analgesic effect and the analgesic rate is 65%. Herba Euphorbia can increase the proliferation of T cells in AA rats, promote the activity of IL-2, and inhibit the activity of IL-1. There is a significant difference compared with the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Herba Epimedii can achieve anti-rheumatic effects by adjusting the body’s immune function and improving the local pathological response.
