轧钢是钢铁工业最后一道工序,它对钢材质量、产量以及能耗的高低,都有着重要影响。这不但直接关系到国民经济各部门的发展,也影响着钢铁企业自身的经济效益。为了节约能源,提高钢材的质量和成材率,国外发达国家都向着轧钢连续化、自动化、高速化方向发展。在我国,企业设备比较陈旧,就连三辊劳特式这种老式轧机,也还在进行生产。为了使旧设备在现有基础上发挥更大的作用,不少单位都进行了各种技术改造。
Rolling is the last step in the steel industry, which has a significant impact on steel quality, output and energy consumption. This is not only directly related to the development of all sectors of the national economy, but also affects the economic efficiency of the steel enterprises themselves. In order to save energy, improve the quality of steel and the finished product rate, the developed countries in the world are moving towards continuous, automatic and high-speed rolling. In our country, the equipment of enterprises is rather old, and even the old rolling mill such as the three-roller Ludwig is still in production. In order to make the old equipment to play a greater role on the existing basis, many units have carried out various technological transformations.
