目的:观察参七消痞颗粒(SQ)的镇痛作用。方法:采用小鼠热板法、醋酸扭体法建立小鼠疼痛模型,观察参七消痞颗粒对热板法所致小鼠出现舔后足时间(痛阈值)及醋酸扭体法所致小鼠扭体次数(20 min内)的影响。结果:参七消痞颗粒高、中、低各剂量组在20 min内扭体次数均显著小于模型组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:参七消痞颗粒具有外周镇痛作用。
Objective: To observe the analgesic effect of Shenqixianpi particles (SQ). Methods: The mouse model of pain was established by mouse hot plate method and acetic acid writhing method. The effect of Shenqixianpi particles on licking and hind paw time (pain threshold) and acetic acid writhing in mice induced by hot plate method were observed Mouse writhing times (within 20 min). Results: The number of writhing in Shenqi XiaoPi granules in high, middle and low dosage groups was significantly less than that in model group (P <0.01 or P <0.05) within 20 min. Conclusion: Shenqixianpi particles have peripheral analgesic effect.
