对淮安大剧院单索幕墙支承钢结构空间三维建模、截面选择、计算分析、支座节点以及对主体混凝土结构作用进行了系统的介绍。用合理的简化方法解决了复杂体形大跨度空间结构的建模问题,包括根据建筑立面要求选择结构合理的截面形式;同时对单索预应力的整体模拟提出符合工程要求的简单准确的方法。最后对支座节点进行了分析,研究了支座对主体结构的破坏特征,并根据其传力路径进行合理可靠的加强措施。
This paper introduces systematically the three-dimensional modeling of steel structure space, selection of section, calculation and analysis, support joints and the role of the main concrete structure of single cable curtain wall in Huaian Grand Theater. The reasonable simplification method is used to solve the modeling problem of the large-span space structure with complicated body shape, including choosing the rational cross-sectional form according to the requirements of building facades. At the same time, a simple and accurate method that meets the engineering requirements is proposed for the whole simulation of single cable prestressing. At last, the support node is analyzed, the damage characteristics of the support to the main structure are studied, and reasonable and reliable measures are taken according to the force transmission path.
